All right related to NumberPal are and shall continue to be the exclusive property of Rudhen Electronics or its affiliates. Any redistribution, resell, retransmission, or publication of the copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Rudhen Electronics.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Rudhen-Electronics has taken its best efforts to test the NumberPal application to handle your precious data with the greatest care. Nonetheless, Rudhen Electronics can in no way be held responsible for any data loss or other hazard due to misuse, failure, virus, spyware, corruption or any other situation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Rudhen Electronics be liable to you or any other person for any damages, including without limitation any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expenses costs, profits, lost savings or earnings, lost or corrupted data, or other liability arising out of or related to the services provided by NumberPal or out of the installation, de-installation, use of, or inability to use your equipment as a result of the services provided by NumberPal.
